Established JSC “SMS-Eligita” was a Lithuanian capital company. For the first two years of its operation, the company was engaged in manufacturing activities – producing food products. Later, collaboration with raw material suppliers and the growing professionalism of the team evolved into a business relationship based on mutual trust.

The company was granted the status of an authorized representative of the German concern Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co.KG in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Kaliningrad region). Production activities have ended and the company became a commercial company offering various raw materials for the food industry to the market.

The Lithuanian fruit water producers have been brought together under the “LIBELLA” brand, and the administration and marketing of this brand have been united. The new project in Lithuania has strengthened small producers and extended their existence for several more years in the conditions of market globalization.

The establishment of the National Association of Beverage Manufacturers was initiated.

The geography of the company’s activities was successfully expanded. Commercial branch established in Riga (Latvia) and two companies in Almaty (Kazakhstan)

A quality management system has been implemented, and all processes in the company are administered in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, thus ensuring the high quality of products and services supplied to our customers.

In order to establish itself in the market and meet the needs of manufacturers to the maximum, the range of products offered is being expanded, and the circle of business partners in Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland is being increased.

“ELIGITA-GROUP” has been formed and officially presented. It consists of 10 companies engaged in different activities: production, trade in raw materials for the food industry, wholesale of food products, cars. To date, the group consists of 8 companies with about 500 employees.

The company continues to focus on team development and qualitative growth with the certification of an integrated management system that meets the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001 (quality management system), ISO 14001 (environmental management system) and ISO 22000 (food safety management system).

A new laboratory for technological applicability has been opened. Company logo changed. Development department established.

The name of the company was changed to JSC “ELIGITA”. The company started its operations in the Scandinavian markets.

The company commenced to work in Uzbekistan and is expanding to the Scandinavian market.

The geography of the company’s activities was successfully expanded commercial branch established in Ukraine.
